Terms & conditions:

1. Delegates have to fill the complete registration form. Please put hyphen (-) in those columns which are not applicable for a particular delegate.
2. In case a delegate just wants to attend the conference and doesn't want to submit an abstract, please write 'NIL' in all columns related to abstract and upload a blank MS word file (.docx/.doc) in 'Choose file' segment.
3. PG students need to furnish a bonafide certificate issued by their HOD.1
4. Children less than 10 years of age need not to be registered.2
5. The registration fee has to be deposited by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) to the following bank account; the details are given below:

Instructions for submission of abstracts:

1. The presenting author should be a Life Member of the Association of Medical Biochemists of India (AMBI).
2. Registration for AMBICON 2019 is mandatory before submitting abstract.
3. Abstract has to be uploaded at the registration page during filling up of registration form.
4. Only ONLINE submission of the abstract is acceptable.
5. The word limit for abstract: 250 words (Excluding title author details and references).
6. Abstracts should be typed in 'Times New Roman' and font size should be '12' with double spacing between consecutive lines. Only .docx or .doc files without any password are acceptable.
7. The abstract should be written under the following headings:- Category of abstract, Background, Aim and Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion. Keywords up to 5 can be given.
8. The last date for abstract submission is 31st October 2019.
9. The authors of shortlisted abstracts will be intimated by 10th November 2019.

2. One delegate can register for one workshop only.
3. The fee for pre – conference workshop is Rs. 500/-.The said amount has to be transferred to same account which has been mentioned in Terms & Conditions segment of Registration column.

4. There are 15 seats for 1st and 2nd workshops and 20 seats for 3rd workshop, which will be filled by first-cum-first serve basis.
5. To enroll for workshop:
a) Delegates have to send a request via email to stating the name of workshop which he/she is willing to attend. b) The email must mention the transaction detail of deposition of pre-conference workshop fee.
